Advanced Waterfront Technologies Inc operates in the south eastern area of the USA, from South Carolina to Florida, from Florida to Louisiana.
As an independent sales representative firm we have a business arrangement with a company selling into the Marine and related markets. Each contract with a vendor can be different. Its spells out business arrangement, goals, territories and policies. Advanced Waterfront Technologies is the representative for the firm, which is often called the principal of the business relationship.
Advanced Waterfront Technologies brings familiarity with the market to the table. Reimbursment is generally on a percentage of sales basis, therefore a variable expense to the principal firm. Not only does this align the incentives of the sales representative with the goals of the principal but it also results in lower expenses in poor market conditions. Many companies find this a business advantage. Furthermore, there are no employee salary, fringe benefit, or turnover costs.
Advanced Waterfront Technologies already has familiararity with the market it serves, most often on a first name basis. We are members of important regional organizations, such as the Forida Marine Contractor's Associtation, the Marine Industries Association of the region. This builds contacts and repsect with purchasers who are also members of these organizations.
Often, Advanced Waterfront Technologies can work with its vendors to represent the vendor at trade shows and vendor exhibits at industry organizations.
